Meta Solutions Architect, Business Messaging, Indonesia in Singapore
Summary:
Our team is looking for a high performance Solutions Architect with an entrepreneurial mindset. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the industry by enabling organizations to realize the full potential of Business Messaging solutions for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger. You will work with executives at top-tier organizations on their industry-leading initiatives, translating their business goals into an execution plan using Facebook’s suite of business messaging products. This role will allow you to apply your passion for problem solving to achieving real-world results for our Business Messaging partners in Indonesia and around the world.The role is based in our Singapore office and focused on the Indonesia market. Being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Meta's Business Messaging and Marketing solutions for some of the most innovative companies in the world
Guide our clients and partners to successful integrations with Meta’s Business Messaging and Marketing solutions through deep technical collaboration and a focus on delivering business success
Keep track of industry trends and build a thorough market understanding on how Business Messaging can contribute to business goals
Work closely with Sales, Engineering and other XFN teams to unlock and execute on these opportunities
Influence the industry through technology by participating in industry conferences and presenting to executive-level audience
Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale
Independently break down projects into tasks and partner with all applicable teams and partners to meet pre-established goals
Build relationships with team members and cross functional partners
Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics
Participate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members
Willingness to travel 25% of the time
Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer
4+ years of experience working with software systems including querying, SQL scripting, and working with API development
4+ years of working in a client or partner facing role, with a track record of successful integration projects
Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack
Experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends
Technical Degree or equivalent experience
Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia
