Facebook seeks an experienced advertising and Product Marketing professional with strong background in product marketing and project management to drive global go-to-market prioritization and packaging for our advertiser solutions. They should have an interest in building product solutions, across the family of apps and services, for our internal audiences, and be eager to contribute to it. The successful candidate must have experience working with PMM & sales channels to drive successful product growth in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company. They must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent critical thinking and digital marketing skills. They must also have experience influencing senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
We are looking to hire a global leader to be an advocate for sales excellence within the SMI and internal tools product organization representing GMS teams (Global Business Group AND Small Business Group) to clarify and prioritize the needs across FTE and non FTE teams.
This role is to be based in our MPK, NYC or Austin offices.
Partner with PMM and PM teams in establishing outbound priorities, building global go-to-market packages for highest priority product solutions, and reconciling goals by org
Partner with the Business Marketing team to develop and drive go-to-market through various channels (including PR, events, etc.)
Collaborate with Growth teams in global markets to regionalize/verticalize new advertising products and feature enhancements
Collaborate with BPM in global markets to distill and surface market intel to shape future products
Define and scale best practices to drive optimal solutions adoption and new product/platform activation
Build strong cross-functional relationships and expertly prioritize work to efficiently deploy our finite go-to-market capacity
Ability to solve global challenges with scaled solutions
5+ years work experience in technology or internet technology, digital marketing, product management and strategy consulting
Experience in contributing at both strategic and operational levels
Ability to develop working relationships and partner effectively with key stakeholders
Quantitative analytical ability and communication skills
MBA or equivalent experience
