As a member of the executive recruiting team for our software engineering organizations, you will own attracting and closing the most sought after technical talent for our family of apps [Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp]. We work with Facebook's executive leadership as consultants; partnering to develop and innovate recruiting strategies.

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Recruiter who brings a balance of creativity, focus and determination to our team. A desire to provide the highest level of service to our internal leadership and external candidates as well as a research driven approach to recruiting are key requirements of this position.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with Facebook engineering executives to create and facilitate search strategies for leadership requisitions

  2. Host executive candidates throughout the interview process ensuring they have an exceptional candidate experience

  3. Partner with sourcers/researchers to complete and present market research to the business

  4. Manage all components of the pipeline and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

  5. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across hiring managers, candidates, and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)

  6. Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs. Willingness to juggle multiple priorities and projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience

  2. Technical recruiting experience

  3. Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring initiatives

  4. Problem solving experience

  5. Experience working in a team

  6. Experience in compensation and HR requirements as related to hiring

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Ability to effectively influence stakeholders and drive impact in a fast-paced environment

  2. Ability to make data driven decisions

  3. Organized and efficient worker

  4. Self motivated and intellectually curious
