The North Cone Scaled team contributes directly to Facebook's mission by connecting medium and big-sized businesses in the region with their customers on Facebook and the family of apps, by helping them grow through consultation and strong partnerships. By ensuring advertisers get the best Facebook advertising solutions for their business objectives, we succeed when we help our customers grow their business.
This position will be directly responsible leading a team of Account Managers who help clients get the best results from their marketing campaigns on Facebook – through consultation, education, optimization, and support. In addition to developing a high-performing team, this position will be responsible for working with other teams across Facebook to create and grow programs focused on improving the Facebook experience for our clients.

Become an expert in Facebook’s solutions for businesses of all sizes
Identify actionable insights and capture opportunities to improve client results and team strategy
Develop and implement global programs to improve the advertiser experience
Develop and implement local programs to develop the market
Monitor progress against goals and respond to changes in the market
Work cross-functionally within sales and other Facebook organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience
5+ years of work experience in sales, marketing or related fields
Experience leading and/or mentoring others
Proven problem-solving experience
Experience building working relationships inside and outside of an organization
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
