Required Skills:
Software Engineering Manager, Infrastructure - Reality Labs Responsibilities:
Be both highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager
Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives
Participate in technical design
Be a subject matter expert in the infrastructure domain
Define and influence product strategy
Develop and support processes to maintain uptime, SLAs and availability of critical platform components
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management
5+ years experience coding in one of the following languages: C++, Java, Python and/or PHP
Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
2+ years of experience managing engineering teams

Experience with CI/CD, software configuration management systems and/or source code version control systems like Git and Mercurial.
Experience in automation for consumer electronics.
Public Compensation:
$177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
