Creative Shop is a motley crew of adventurers, dreamers, idealists, entrepreneurs, misfits, designers, writers, inventors, data hackers and artists who are hungry for crafting new ideas. The Creative Shop Studio team is focused on connecting brands with culture and community through reimagined mobile experiences, built with people’s favorite storytellers (networks, studios, publishers, celebrities, creators, institutions, etc.). Our team’s core offering is Anthology - Facebook’s unique approach to branded content. You’ll use your creative talents to build original lighthouse branded content and experiences across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and more. A successful candidate will have a passion & talent for developing deeply crafted creative storytelling platforms, inventing or re-inventing new user/storytelling experiences, have a background in art direction or creative technology, be a strong communicator, and an effective collaborator.
This is a full-time position located in our Chicago or New York office.
Apply your creative skillset to craft ideas & content that sets the bar for the industry and makes Facebook & Instagram better for people & brands
Develop proactive Anthologies mapped to moments/passion points, which maximize the creative use of our mobile platforms in new and innovative ways
Have deep knowledge of, and partner with a wide range of external storytellers, to co-develop Anthologies that we will bring to brands
Customize Anthologies to answer brand briefs
Build innovative, creative content sponsorship offerings that will be attractive to brands
Partner with world-class storytellers to help up-level their branded content campaigns across our mobile platforms
Build high quality presentations & pitch your work in front of our biggest clients
8+ years of experience developing ideas for clients (with ad agency experience)
Experience in art direction or creative technology
Experience with content or branded content
Experience building storytelling platforms/content
Must have the ability to obtain work authorization in the United States at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Collaborator: ability & proven track record working with other creatives & disciplines. Ability to work well with internal & external partners, while staying organized and energized on this entrepreneurial team
Communicator: knack for storytelling. Advanced keynote skills. You have the ability to package & pitch ideas that are inspiring, clear & compelling
