Facebook Product Marketing Manager, Signals in Chicago, Illinois

Facebook seeks an experienced advertising and Product Marketing professional with a strong background in product marketing and project management to drive the North America go-to-market and prioritization of our Facebook Inc. Signal & Data Use solutions. The successful candidate must have experience working with PMM & sales channels to drive meaningful product growth in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company. They must thrive with cross-functional teams, be comfortable with ambiguity and change, and exhibit excellent critical thinking and digital marketing skills. They must also have experience influencing stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Business Product Marketing (BPM), Product Management (PM) and Global Marketing Sales (GMS) to establish business priorities, shape North America go-to-market plans for highest priority solutions, and reconcile goals across orgs

  2. Partner with the Global Business Marketing (GBM) team to develop and execute on go-to-market plans through various channels (including PR, events, presenting opportunities, etc.)

  3. Collaborate with BPM regional PMMs to drive education and growth of business solutions

  4. Ability to influence product and cross-functional stakeholders to build future solutions that support the needs for North America

  5. Build strong cross-functional relationships and expertly prioritize work to efficiently deploy our finite go-to-market capacity

  6. Ability to solve challenges with scaled solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of work experience, including work in marketing, product, consulting, communications, or information technology

  2. Demonstrated experience in product marketing with proven experience to contribute at strategic and tactical levels

  3. Knowledge in our product suite, the industry, global nuances, & client objectives

  4. Communication experience with technical, business, and external stakeholders

  5. Experience working with sales teams as well as external clients and agencies

  6. Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers

  7. Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently

  8. BA/BS degree
