Facebook Activation Programme Manager in Dublin, Ireland

We are looking for a committed, detail-oriented programne manager to manage the internal and external processes for how we activate small to medium business (SMBs) success stories across EMEA. This person will be responsible for ensuring that Facebook connects the right success story to the right opportunities, managing the experience for the SMB, and fully capturing the impact of the activity.The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and project management skills, establishing themselves as the “face” of the activation programme but also with the ability to build scalable frameworks to drive projects forward.In the Leaders Network programme, this role is solely responsible & accountable for the activations KPIs, including meeting SLAs and brief requirements.

Required Skills:

  1. Own the tasks delivery, driving the service of connecting internal requests with the correct SMB, meeting agreed SLAs with internal teams

  2. Own the relationship between the internal point of contact and small business owner to ensure positive SMB owner experience

  3. Define & own the scalable process for capturing of content & assets for post-event, post-campaign activities which utilize success stories in market, at scale

  4. Ensure processes and activations are compliant with all GDPR, PII and other privacy regulations guidance

  5. Manage & own tasks for vendors to execute in local markets

  6. Manage internal relationships with sales, policy, comms and more for referrals and activation opportunities

  7. Liaise with global teams to align on critical processes, localize / be the voice of the region– tools, forms, technical process, marketing technologies, legal requirements

  8. Understand, manage, report on the key technical, functional barriers to delivery and surfacing proactive solutions to drive the right outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Strong project management skills and proactive communication approach

  2. Understanding of Facebook apps and technologies and how these tools can be used for SMB growth

  3. Proven digital campaign & marketing execution experience, preferably with loyalty and nurture programmes

  4. Avid Facebook apps & services user

  5. Experience with outsourced vendor relationships

  6. Excellent writing and editing skills in English. Fluency in other European languages is a distinct advantage.

  7. A proven team player, who also works well independently and can self-drive learning new tools and processes – someone who gets stuff done

  8. Strong presentation skills

  9. Executive presence and stakeholder management
