Facebook Client Solutions Manager, Digital Natives, French in Dublin, Ireland

We're seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Marketing Solutions team. Based in Dublin, the CSM will be part of our Digital natives team, which provides marketing solutions to a range of EMEA based multi-channel and online advertisers in one of Facebook's fastest growing verticals.

The CSM is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts Facebook customers at the core of everything they do. They have a passion for advertising and believe the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable business results. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, the CSM is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

Required Skills:

  1. Customer and Industry Knowledge

  2. Has a deep knowledge of (Digital) Marketing, Technology, and accompanying Facebook solutions

  3. Has used ad tech technologies and understands how to implement them for an effective and efficient marketing strategy

  4. Relationship Management

  5. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners)

  6. Able to present in front of C-Level representatives at key clients

  7. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams

  8. Ability to work cross-regionally and cross-culturally

  9. Marketing Solutions Expert

  10. In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners

  11. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships

  12. Analyse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions

  13. Platform and Product Expertise

  14. Drive education on Facebook product, company updates and share Facebook best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business

  15. Influence product innovation based on client needs and feedback

  16. Media Planning, Strategy, and Measurement

  17. Provide and oversee Facebook marketing strategy, align with client's key business objectives

  18. Translate business objectives into campaign strategy, proposing campaign structures and implementing measurement solution (derive actionable insights, synthesize results into recommendations)

  19. Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimization of campaigns (oversee budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimisation and real time targeting recommendations).

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's level degree preferred

  2. Extensive experience as a Facebook user and familiarity with Facebook’s ad products preferred

  3. Demonstrated understanding of the Digital natives industry, and key clients within it preferred

  4. Digital or consultancy background preferred

  5. Strong ad tech background and analytical expertise

  6. Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support

  7. Experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies

  8. Advanced Excel skills

  9. Experience aligning solutions and measurement to client business objectives

  10. Experience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement, and creative strategy

  11. Experience presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levels

  12. Strong project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention to detail

  13. Experience providing insights and campaign optimisations/recommendations

  14. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners

  15. Experience leading and managing initiatives with support from team/manager

  16. Experience supporting the execution of account growth strategy and action plans as part of a team

  17. Demonstrated experience analysing data sets and delivering actionable insights

  18. Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions

  19. Ability to guide adoption of products/solutions

  20. Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections

  22. Fluent in French and English.
