Facebook Compensation Program Analyst - International (based in Dublin or London) in Dublin, Ireland

Summary:

Facebook is seeking a Compensation Analyst with strong analytical and operational experience to work on compensation cycle management, metrics & reporting, and building scalable and legally compliant compensation processes across our 30+ international locations. This full-time position is located in either our London or Dublin office.

Required Skills:

  1. Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions

  2. Participate in the research for, and ongoing development and administration of compensation programs that matches Facebook's needs and are effective in our international locations

  3. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported

  4. Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods

  5. Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis

  6. Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting

  7. Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process

  8. Project manage changes to programs and operations across multiple geographies

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BS/BA in a quantitative discipline

  2. 5+ years of experience in compensation, investment banking, consulting, finance or a similarly applicable field

  3. Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models

  4. Knowledge of VBA as it relates to Excel and its object model, or programming/scripting experience

  5. Project management experience

  6. Knowledge in relational databases and SQL
