Facebook Marketing Manager: GBG Scaled in Dublin, Ireland

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support and drive our scaled marketing & optimisation programs for small and medium advertisers in EMEA. This position will be responsible for scaling and executing innovative marketing activations and campaigns across EMEA, to support the growth of our small and medium sized advertisers in EMEA

You will have a strong grasp of current marketing platforms and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with local and international cross functional teams across sales, operations, CRM & analytics, development and design, and vendors as required to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

You must possess strong organisational and communications skills with a marketing mindset that is as strategic as it is creative. A self-starter who thrives in an extremely fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. You should have a strong work ethic, as well as a genuine passion for marketing, advertising and, above all else, the Facebook mission.

Required Skills:

  1. This position requires the ability to work across multiple projects with a variety of teams with strong operational capabilities and a hands-on attitude in a high pace and complex environment

  2. Partner with our EMEA sales leadership and cross functional teams to drive solutions adoption and support strategic programs

  3. Develop and execute initiatives designed to drive impact and a positive perception amongst our EMEA advertisers

  4. Project manage, execute, measure and report on comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns

  5. Develop marketing materials designed to enhance our advertisers’ understanding of Facebook advertising and marketing

  6. Develop scalable ways to use data and insights in marketing initiatives that drive growth for our EMEA advertisers

  7. Create, localise and adapt international initiatives to suit regional needs and collaborate intensively with key stakeholders across the business

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years strategic marketing experience

  2. A self-starter, entrepreneurial, creative in nature and an agent of change

  3. Ability to create and implement marketing strategy that will support sales execution

  4. Ability to lead through influence and enable cross-functional teams

  5. Deep understanding of digital marketing, the industry & client objectives

  6. Analytical skills and desire to solve complex problems with data

  7. Track record of influencing behaviour at variety of levels in the organisation, including cross-functional managers

  8. Effective communication and presentation skills with an ability to craft narrative

  9. Flexible cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
