At Facebook, we make advertising meaningful for everyone: for people, and for the 7 million businesses who use our platform to connect with people across the Facebook family of apps. To provide the best customer experience for the businesses who use our advertising platform, we empower our sales and marketing teams with tools and technology to help them manage customer relationships through powerful insights and strategic guidance. We're looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about technology, innovation and advertising to join our Global Marketing Solutions Product Marketing Team. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving internal product launch, growth and adoption across the Sales and Marketing organisation. This individual will serve as the voice of the EMEA region to the product team. They must have a proven track record demonstrating strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision making under uncertainty. Ideally, this candidate will have prior experience with internal tools and products that supported sales and marketing functions as well as collaboration software, web analytics, and enterprise data that supports all of these applications. This individual must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills. This is a full-time position based in our London or Dublin office.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with Business Teams and other Product Marketing Managers to build and activate go to market strategies for highest priority products and solutions

  2. Position new products and feature enhancements for the business

  3. Prioritize, distill and surface business feedback to shape future products and feature enhancements

  4. Build cross functional relationships and prioritise work efficiently

  5. Effectively represent the voice of the business across the region to the product team

  6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader Facebook ecosystem and business across the region to influence strategic product direction and develop positioning

  7. Support cross-functional efforts to drive successful product beta programs and launches

  8. Drive product adoption and usage by developing and managing detailed, adoption plans and ensuring a high level of awareness with the relevant business teams

  9. Partner effectively with other Product Marketing Managers and the Business Teams to create world-class product marketing communications, including all sales-facing materials and training

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years professional experience in technology or internet technology, strategic marketing or product management

  2. Exceptional communication skills including the ability to develop narratives, messaging, and complex communications plans, engage with senior business leaders and speak in front of large audiences

  3. Analytical skill to collect, manipulate and draw conclusions from mid-sized data sets

  4. Experience developing presentations and with visual storytelling

  5. Demonstrated problem solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations distilled from multiple input sources

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. MBA or other relevant advanced degree

  2. Demonstrated cross-functional leadership within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  3. Previous background in online marketing, ad operations, analytics, customer relationship management, and/or strategy consulting
