Summary:

We are looking for a solid marketer to develop, drive and manage our marketing strategy for small businesses for India. You'll be tasked with a range of responsibilities, all with the goal of educating and inspiring small businesses to grow their business with Facebook. This position requires experience with marketing, strong project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in brand management and/ or enterprise marketing. As part of the Business marketing team in India, the candidate will work with the business and XFN stakeholders to drive scale marketing to help small businesses grow with Facebook. This individual will also collaborate with the marketing teams in Global & APAC region and push the overall small businesses marketing agenda for the organization.

Required Skills:

  1. Drive India small business marketing communications strategy partnering with the sales organization

  2. Create programs and marketing campaigns focused on getting small businesses to succeed with Facebook's business solutions.

  3. Execute regional platforms locally to drive education and inspiration around Facebook as a marketing platform for small businesses

  4. Develop small businesses content strategy and drive deeper content development and scaled education/resources for them across channels (e.g., webinars, collateral, videos)

  5. Ensure that the small businesses narrative is localized and translated as needed

  6. Work with internal stakeholders including Product Marketing, APAC marketing, Policy and Sales teams to devise aligned and cohesive plans.

  7. Develop and execute a calendar for events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities –transforming Facebook India’s industry presence for small businesses

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience in brand building and activation

  2. Demonstrated capacity for leading delivery of marketing strategies and scale activation preferably in an Internet and/or advertising environment

  3. Strong project management experience with influencing and leading cross-functional teams

  4. Ability to conceptualise and execute marketing initiatives that have measurable business impact

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Strong interest and knowledge of small businesses market

  2. Customer journey management in enterprise marketing or reseller ecosystem
