Summary:

The Partner Solutions Manager team is a team that is part of Facebook’s Global Business Group. This team is focused on connecting every business in the world with their customers on Facebook and then helping them grow through solutions like Facebook Pages and Advertising. Partner Solutions Managers will make solutions excellence a key driver of business growth in India. They are directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on Facebook through consultation, education, and support. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing strategy, previous experience in account management and/or selling marketing solutions coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. This position is full-time and located in our Gurgaon office.

Required Skills:

  1. Become an expert in Facebook’s solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs

  2. Work with clients to improve the performance of their overall Facebook campaigns

  3. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product teams within Facebook

  4. Author and operationalize the solutions excellence strategy for vertical/ account growth. Set milestones review progress and course correct

  5. Influencing and working with a larger cross functional team and PMs and XFN to deliver the Solutions excellence agenda

  6. Enable capability within teams to scale up and take the successful narratives to market

  7. Responsible to ensure delivery of the best Full funnel solutions narratives

  8. Driving key product priorities to unlock revenue – Instagram, Instream

  9. Driving the Business integrity agenda across clients with the help of in market teams. Work with Ad policy and BI teams to understand and cascade developments that impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors is a must with ideally a Masters/MBA degree

  2. 5+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, sales

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail

  2. Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills

  3. Understanding of television, Internet and other media

  4. Results and detail orientated with a very hands on approach
