Facebook Strategic Partner Manager, TV - Media Partnerships in Gurgaon, India

Summary:

Facebook is seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager in its entertainment partnerships team for India. As part of Partnerships, the external facing arm of Facebook, this team works closely with the world’s largest and most exciting media organizations, public figures and creators. Specifically, this role will focus on strengthening and managing Facebook’s & Instagram's relationship with India’s leading TV networks and production companies. This position is based in Mumbai, India.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage strategy, implementation and optimization of Facebook’s partnership agenda with the entertainment industry, particularly with TV Networks and production companies

  2. Collaborate with partners to strengthen their communities on Facebook

  3. Develop innovations and social experiences and educate them on platform best practices

  4. Be a point of contact with the entertainment community and work with internal cross-functional teams to build and execute high-impact programs

  5. Guide and support partners through processes & guidelines and liaise with Facebook product and technical support when required

  6. Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners

  7. Be an internal advocate for partners

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years’ experience in the TV and/or movies industry, with a focus on digital initiatives and partnerships

  2. Relevant commercial experience in consumer marketing, content and distribution will be preferable

  3. Deep passion for Facebook products and digital platforms

  4. Excellent project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects on deadline

  5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for Facebook

  6. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans

  7. Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally

  8. Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
