Facebook Client Partner, Retail in Hamburg, Germany

Facebook is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to help build and sell advertising solutions to the largest Retailers in the DACH region. As Client Partner you will contribute to a high-caliber team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will have excellent Brand Marketing, Business Development, Consulting and/or Media Sales experience– optional a multi-channel/retail industry background with the ability to consult and deliver high-end campaigns. Success in this position requires a blend of strong communication & consultative skills, creativity, with excellence in commercially focused client service in a strong team environment.

You will report to the Vertical Lead Retail and are used to dealing with Senior Management and C-level for Marketing and Media on client side. This position is located in our Hamburg office.

Required Skills:

  1. Build and grow business impact and relationships with our Retail partners and their agencies (Media, Creative and others) in the DACH region

  2. Identify and prioritize business opportunities for and with our partners to growth their business

  3. Build long term strategic partnerships with the largest Retail Brands in the region

  4. Work on Facebook's overall Retail strategy

  5. Partner with international Facebook cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives

  6. Create and deliver consultative marketing & sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, case studies and Facebook solutions

  7. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction and Facebook

  8. Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions

  9. Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of consulting and operational customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated track record of Marketing, Consulting, Brand Advertising, Creative, Media experience

  2. Thorough knowledge and/or experience in sales or marketing with a proven track record of success driving business growth

  3. Proven track record in managing top industry accounts, dealing with senior management and C-level

  4. Demonstrated success as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence

  5. Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy. Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  6. Facebook user and passionate about social media
