Summary:

Facebook is looking for a Client Solutions Manager responsible for the execution of Facebook EMEA partnerships with Telecommunications companies. The position will be based in our Hamburg office and report directly into the Telco EMEA Industry Manager. Due to the industry focus, a very profound Telecommunication expertise is essential. Significant travel may be required.

The EMEA Client Solutions Manager for Telco is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, be a Marketing solution and product expert and become an EMEA-wide expert in campaign planning, strategy and measurement to the largest international Telecom partners. With proven understanding of online, especially CRM, Performance and Brand marketing, this role is responsible for partnering with international sales teams to develop industry relationships, drive revenue by designing and optimizing complex opportunities, and use deep data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers.

The EMEA Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen international relationships with a focus on driving performance, knowledge transfer & business partner satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and very analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

Required Skills:

  1. Analytics and insights:

  2. Develop and aggregate deep client and market insights across the region for use across the EMEA accounts

  3. Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to design and deploy use-cases that will drive client’s business objectives

  4. Transfer knowledge in EMEA and improve process/client relationships

  5. Program Management:

  6. Oversee performance and revenue recognition for the EMEA partners you are assigned to

  7. Identify new opportunities and partner with the local teams to drive performance and incremental revenue Manage complex work streams to optimize marketing objectives for clients

  8. Build scalable systems and reporting:

  9. Partner with sales teams on local business practices and ensure all teams are aligned and we are sharing best practices globally

  10. Lead international client support, global campaigns, product adoption and building scaled training solutions

  11. Develop scaled trainings and systems to drive global alignment and local activation

  12. Media Planning, Strategy & Measurement:

  13. Manages and consults on complex campaign solutions and integrations

  14. Outlines measurement solution based upon key KPI’s

  15. Manages revenue delivery and budget spend

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years’ experience working directly with consulting, marketing and/or Telco companies and demonstrated leadership experience required

  2. Broad experience with the Telco industry and business trends in the industry (CRM, Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech)

  3. Experience working effectively with XFN teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)

  4. Relationships with marketing decision makers in industry

  5. Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights

  6. Knowledge of SQL or relational databases preferred

  7. Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews

  8. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details

  9. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a international team

  10. Ability to confidently present to external clients

  11. Profound understanding of advertising success metrics

  12. Avid knowledge of competitive set

  13. Extensive experience as a Facebook user and familiarity with Facebook’s ad products

Preferred Qualifications:
