Facebook Process Integration Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama

Facebook is seeking an experienced logistics process engineer to partner with our South East regional data centers. This person will be responsible for working closely with data center region leaders, data center leads and contract labor to engineer and implement processes and analytics that enable our data center operations to scale across the globe. This is a highly impactful position which requires excellent partnership, communication and collaboration skills and a natural inclination towards process optimization in complex environments. Experience in operations and with data analytics and project management necessary.

Required Skills:

  1. Proactively identify operational gaps, engineer smart and scalable processes and distribute across data center regions

  2. Iterate upon operational and system gaps to ensure warehouse and vendor entities maintain SOX compliance, data security and safety

  3. Liaise and partner on behalf of data centers to headquarter teams to improve system functionalities

  4. Partner with regional data center leads in implementing best-in-class data center operations and tooling

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain and/or any other business-related field

  2. Experience in cross-functional collaboration or managing partner relationships

  3. Work ethic and independent time management experience

  4. Experience handling PM responsibilities (prioritization, planning, scheduling, status reporting)

  5. Communication, problem solving and interpersonal experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years experience in operations, program management, data analytics or management consulting

  2. Skills in “as-is/to-be” business process mapping, gap analysis, requirements elicitation and data analysis

  3. Experience with systems – Oracle, Excel, SQL, Vizio, Python or any other analytics platform
