Meta Client Solutions Manager, Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia

Summary:

An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional consultative business practitioner to join our Indonesia office as a Client Solution Manager, based in Jakarta.The successful applicant will inherit an existing portfolio of accounts, and will be tasked with nurturing senior relationships with our top advertising partners and their business partners, becoming an expert in their industry and their businesses, and leveraging Meta's full range of solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

Required Skills:

Client Solutions Manager, Indonesia Responsibilities:

  1. Strategize, plan and implement all elements of clients' advertising campaigns with a focus on both short-term performance and long-term growth

  2. Work directly with key clients as Meta’s advertising expert, in partnership with Client Partner, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporating Meta advertising solutions to maximize client value

  3. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption

  4. Drives product innovation internally with XFN partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients

  5. Use data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of Meta products solutions

  6. Outline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study the effectiveness of Meta product solutions

  7. Oversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations

  8. Collaborate with Client Partner to exceed sales and yield goals for the book of business that assigned to you

  9. Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting and fixing issues, monitoring and alerting ads policy violations, setting up account and financial details, etc.)

  10. Build and manage relationships with both C-Suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and business partners

  11. Collaborate very closely with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams and cross region counterparts

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or account management

  2. Demonstrate ability to think strategically about complex issues on a macro and micro level, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans

  3. Ability to spot trends/patterns and identify marketing opportunities in a timely manner

  4. Strong listening and communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders

  5. Ability to prioritize work and focus on high-priority tasks

  6. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential as the successful candidate will manage accounts and clients in both languages on day to day basis.

  7. Proven experience with data analysis
