We are looking for an experienced marketer to join our B2B marketing efforts in Indonesia. This position will be responsible for setting a strategy that transforms the way our Facebook for Business brand is positioned in a very important market for Facebook. This role incorporates all aspects of B2B marketing including driving a top-notch industry presence, identifying and sharing the right success stories, creating meaningful presentation content, driving the right mix of events in the market, identifying the most appropriate set of marketing collateral and more.

The position will be part of the APAC business marketing team and will be a partner to the sales team in Indonesia. This position requires a deep understanding of the marketing and advertising landscape in Indonesia.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategy partnering with sales and other cross functional partners in Indonesia

  2. Create innovative content to generate new business, educate clients/partners on new products/features and engage clients/partners on innovative ways to drive awareness/sales via new marketing techniques

  3. Develop thought-leadership materials designed to enhance our advertisers', agency partners' and the industry's understanding of online marketing

  4. Develop and execute a calendar for events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities - transforming Facebook's industry presence in Indonesia

  5. Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches

  6. Develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive growth and sales for clients

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 8+ years experience of relevant experience

  3. Demonstrated capacity for developing industry leading marketing strategies in an Internet and/or advertising environment

  4. Deep knowledge of the advertising/marketing industries in Indonesia

  5. Experience working with senior marketers at both agencies and global brands and expertise supporting and enabling a sales organization

  6. Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams

  7. Strong project management skill to manage complex projects

  8. Able to travel to connect the central teams

  9. Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
