Facebook is seeking an experienced Partner Manager who will provide service and support to government, politics, and advocacy partners, utilizing our commercial products to make the world more open and connected. In this role you will establish and strengthen key partner relationships by providing advertiser education and training. A successful Partner Manager is detailed oriented, focused on the needs and goals of clients or partners, with strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams. Role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia/Bangkok but focus on supporting other SE Asian countries.

Required Skills:

  1. Establish new relationships and manages existing relationships across the across GPA advertising ecosystem (government entities, political candidates, advocacy organizations, etc.), builds trust and credibility of Facebook and its suite of products

  2. Understand key decision makers and influencers and their organization's goals and objectives, establish and maintain actionable relationship map

  3. Demonstrate value of Facebook products as a key driver for civic engagement, inform partners of new processes, policies and products and provide FB best practices specific to G/P/A

  4. Navigate new challenges and situation

  5. Develop and implement creative solutions that align Facebook approach to GPA with partner needs

  6. Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams (scaled execution team, business planning and operations, legal, and public policy teams) and ensure team is delivering on expectations, facilitates escalations internally

  7. Project manage complex work streams

  8. Lead agency / partner / industry training to educate on paid and organic products

  9. Attend/present at events to represent FB Advertising solutions

  10. Serve as external product consultant to educate partners and agencies

  11. Oversee internal account operations and partner with Scaled Execution / Media Ops team to drive best in class service solutions for G/P/A vertical, Ensure service - excellence and QA ops requests

  12. Capture / identifies product and innovation needs based on client / industry feedback

  13. Identify relevant industry trends relevant to G/P/A

  14. Synthesize data and insights for internal and external audiences

  15. Knowledge of vertical and accompanying FB solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 9+ years’ experience in a partner or client-service role interfacing with external stakeholders

  2. Experience introducing new products processes and systems to partners or clients

  3. Experience working with marketing decision makers in Agencies and Government/Policy/Advocacy organizations

  4. Performance marketing experience and/or brand advertising experience

  5. Experience partnering with compliance and legal functions

  6. BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field or equivalent work experience

  7. Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships

  8. Experience working with cross-functional teams with the ability to partner with senior executives

  9. Demonstrated experience public speaking/presenting to large groups of stakeholders
