Facebook is seeking a Mobile Partnerships Manager to develop and enhance successful partnerships and influence internal and external industry stakeholders in the mobile industry. This job requires high levels of creativity and strategic thinking as you will be a key player on the team that is driving external mobile partnership relationships in the region. You should comfortable using your consultative selling skills and negotiating deals with partners whilst working cross-functionally with colleagues in Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal to meet the strategic objectives of partners and Facebook. You should also expect to handle day-to-day operations and partnership management with our most important mobile partners including developing and executing both internal and external strategic initiatives.

This role is based out of our Singapore office.

Required Skills:

  1. Build long lasting relationships and partnerships with Mobile Operators

  2. Initiate, structure, negotiate, and maintain high impact strategic partnerships

  3. Support new partners and liaise with Facebook product and technical support

  4. Develop, track, analyze, execute against partner account plans, and communicate key quantitative metrics internally and to partners

  5. Drive local execution of growth initiatives, spanning from the family of Facebook services, through innovative connectivity technologies to offline and retail driven growth programs

  6. Internal and external advocate for our mobile partners

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 10+ years experience, including 5+ years of related partner or partner facing experience

  3. Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment

  4. Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and Internet/consumer technology

  5. Highly analytical - used to working with and communicating data to partners

  6. Proven track record of initiating and successfully identifying new business opportunities, negotiating agreements and managing relationships post-deal closure

  7. Project management experience, with the ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects

  8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues

  9. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans

  10. Deep affinity for Facebook’s mission, products and mobile applications
