Facebook Partner Solutions Lead, APAC (Entertainment & Sports Media Partnerships) in Jakarta, Indonesia

Facebook is seeking to grow its Partner Solutions team to work with media partners across APAC. The Media Partnerships team manages strategic relationships across Entertainment, News and Sports verticals, and works closely with key media partners including broadcasters, news publishers, creators, sports leagues etc on Facebook. The Partner Solutions team within Media Partnerships focuses on creating business and partner impact through data and insights, product adoptions and works closely with Strategic Partner Managers to help our media partners achieve their business goals on Facebook.This role will lead a team of Partner Solutions Managers across the region, who work across Entertainment & Sports verticals. Besides working with external partners, you will also collaborate closely with the rest of the partnerships and partner solutions teams across the world, as well as with cross-functional teams such as Product, Media Operations, Comms and Partner Engineering etc.This is a full-time position which can be based in Bangkok, Thailand or Jakarta, Indonesia.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage a team of Partner Solutions Managers across the region

  2. Drive partner value and sentiment across Entertainment & Sports verticals

  3. Proactively analyze and communicate metrics and industry trends as they relate to media company’s business

  4. Leverage data insights and product expertise to lead and strategic operations for partners

  5. Partner product onboarding, education & technical problem solving (in sync with other teams)

  6. Develop an understanding of Facebook and partner goals, and help determine ways to track progress and analyze trends

  7. Manage partner alpha and beta tests and manage rollout of products and feedback to product teams

  8. Develop and maintain the measurement infrastructure to drive strategic initiatives

  9. Strong team player both within the team and cross-functionally

  10. Proficiency in at least one APAC local language is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or higher

  2. 15+ years of experience in client servicing, data analytics, consulting, strategic partnerships and/or product development

  3. Experience and proven ability to grow and manage teams across different office locations and time-zones

  4. Strong analytical skills, with a passion towards working with data and turning data into narratives

  5. Strong communication and presentation skills

  6. Strong orientation on the tech & product side of things and ability to think through implications for partners and how products would impact partners business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in the Media industry is a plus

Industry: Internet
