The Media Partnerships team contributes directly to Facebook’s mission by connecting content publishers with audiences, helping creators meet their objectives through solutions like Watch, Videos, Live and Ad Breaks. We succeed when we help our partners grow their video and content business.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving marketing objectives with experience across digital media channels with a focus on the Facebook advertising platform. We are looking for a strong leader who loves problem solving and thrives in a changing environment. This role will require a passion for digital video, strong Facebook ad operational skills, and an expertise in establishing new processes in a new market. This is a full time position, based in London.

Build out marketing processes and programs related to growth and audience development for strategic video partners
Lead the setup and execution of on-platform advertising campaigns from a portfolio of partners
Own all aspects of trafficking and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
Perform campaign performance analysis and provide reporting to internal and external partners
Manage day-to-day needs of programs, including establishing an ongoing cadence of communication and outreach, and tracking weekly results
Establish relationships with internal teams and partners, and manage cross-functional communication for all projects
BA or BS degree
9+ years of experience working directly with marketing, media, consulting, with track record of problem solving and thought leadership
Experience with Excel, and analyzing datasets and delivering insights
Experience working in organizations with cross-functional teams
Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative
Experience in a content and/or entertainment industry with direct experience with content, marketing, distribution
Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and a track record of taking initiative in an ambiguous, dynamic environment
