Facebook is seeking a Director to oversee our Creative Agency Partner function in EMEA, currently comprised of 12 staff across 8 markets. This person will be responsible for deepening our relationships in EMEA with creative agencies, helping them transform their mobile creative skills, and improving client’s business outcomes using the Facebook family of apps and services. The candidate must have extensive experience working with creative agencies, and will deepen the relationships between the creative ecosystem and Facebook. This role will interact with C-level creative industry leaders and will require a range of experience across agency functions including planning, strategy, creative, and production. **This role will work across a broad range of functions inside Facebook (Creative Shop, sales teams, marketing, measurement) and will require strong collaboration skills. Success in this role will both help our partner creative agencies transform and grow their business, while advancing Facebook’s goal of driving maximum ROI for advertisers.

Required Skills:

  1. Build, inspire, train and manage a talented, motivated, highly consultative team of Creative Agency

  2. Partners across EMEA. Guide culture of the team and deepen sense of community.

  3. Prioritize go-to-market by countries, agencies, and clients for both current and future hires. Define and manage KPIs.

  4. Ensure consistent delivery across markets by training staff, driving consistent service levels, and sharing best practices

  5. Establish leadership-level advertising agency relationships with the agency CEOs with a focus on driving agency transformation and growth

  6. Possess an industry POC that helps shape our client’s businesses and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs

  7. Work collaboratively with multiple Facebook teams (e.g. marketing, sales teams, measurement) to develop necessary assets (e.g., content, training materials) that drive results

  8. Assess training and development needs for creative agencies and collaborate with our internal training teams to build an agenda and program that delivers on industry needs

  9. Champion the importance of creative agencies inside Facebook

  10. evangelize Facebook with agencies, clients and relevant industry associations, ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent

  2. master’s degree a consideration

  3. 15+ years experience either inside agencies or in an agency-facing sales/development role

  4. Leadership experience in building, training, coaching and developing team including providing coaching and mentoring to other Team Leads

  5. Proven track record of managing change management programs with experience leading, supporting and managing these to a conclusion

  6. Proven experience building relationships at the leadership level across the business both internally and externally

  7. Applied experience in defining the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns

  8. Experience working across EMEA, particularly as relates to the cultural differences across markets
