We are looking for an Events & Employment Brand Lead in EMEA to continue to bring our employment brand to life through our top of funnel recruiting activities, engagement strategies, and our signature on-site candidate experience. This is a highly strategic and impactful role in Facebook Recruiting.

This role is for a brand and events expert who will lead a team of Brand and Event Managers. This collaborative leader will have impact on key recruiting metrics, and drive our diversity and inclusion employment branding agenda. This person will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be data-driven, flexible, and detail-oriented to manage complex projects.

This person will partner with other teams across Facebook: marketing, public relations, communications, HR, design, and business leaders to identify opportunities and solutions to accomplish goals and execute on the brand strategy. The position is located in our London office and reports to our EMEA Recruiting Programs and Operations Lead.

Required Skills:

  1. Drive strategy and execution of EMEA employment brand content, channel strategy & event presence to meet short and long term business goals

  2. Lead, coach and develop the employment brand and events team

  3. Leverage data and user research to track and evaluate brand, campaign and event performance and develop insight-based recommendations for action to deliver effective targeted campaigns, brand touch points, and event experiences

  4. Consistently uncover new opportunities to elevate the brand by conducting research studies, lead competitor reviews, understand industry best practices and nurture partnerships

  5. Manage, own and track budgets to maximise ROI and achieve financial plans

  6. Capture and bring to life powerful human insights

  7. Drive a strategic inclusive approach to attract and engage with diverse candidates

  8. Identify and build partnership with internal and external diverse communities

  9. Deliver clear and compelling presentations of strategies and ideas to senior stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Significant experience as a brand leader or strategist at a creative agency, or relevant brand based team in industry.

  2. Experience leading and managing a team

  3. Proven track record developing core messaging, positioning, and value proposition materials

  4. BA/BS degree Marketing or related field or equivalent practical experience

  5. Outstanding communication skills

  6. Exceptional organizational skills with a great attention to detail

  7. Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment

  8. Strong presentation skills and command of an audience
