Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to collaborate with our leaders and HR Business Partner team in managing employee relations cases. The Employee Relations Partner will be responsible for evolving and delivering the core practices of employee relations work, and contribute at a hands-on level to cultivate a vibrant Facebook culture.

This is a full time opportunity based in our London office.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with the business and HRBP teams to manage a positive, best practice employee relations program in EMEA region

  2. Manage all Performance Management and ER cases across EMEA to resolution ensuring fair outcome

  3. Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees

  4. Work in close collaboration with Legal and HR Investigations teams to implement solutions

  5. Continually pursue ways to improve existing policies and procedures around management of ER cases with a focus on efficiency and suitability for scale

  6. Support the development of employee relations capability among people managers in EMEA through education and training

  7. Track, analyse and interpret ER metrics to provide insights on trends and opportunities to the business and HR BP teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of HR experience in an international fast paced organization, with a demonstrated full understanding of performance management and employee relations

  2. Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy

  3. Effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously

  4. Ability to interact with and effectively influence right up to VP levels of a professional organization :Strong analytical and problem solving skills and business acumen

  5. Keen to continue learning and developing their skill set, having a growth mindset

  6. BA/BSc preferably in HR, psychology or related disciplines

  7. Strong working knowledge of EMEA wide employment legislation

  8. Passionate about the tech industry, embodies the Facebook values of being open, bold, moving fast and building social value

  9. Occasional travel to our Tech locations across EMEA will be required.
