Facebook is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Leaders within the Tech organisation. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Facebook ecosystem. This position is full-time and located in London.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide a high level of administrative and operational support to 2-3 senior leads and the wider community health of the Community Integrity organization

  2. Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner demonstrating attention to detail in relation to calendar management, travel, expenses, etc.

  3. Organise and manage team off-sites, events, and activities for the Director's team and org. Follow and maintain budgets, research best options, coordinate the logistics including meals, transportation, onsite activities, invoices, etc

  4. Ensure and maintain a good level of communication across the team and track changes, and manage agendas for multiple team meetings.

  5. Manage the internal tools and various groups

  6. Build strong relationships with different stakeholders (Facilities, Events, Space Planning, Security, etc.) and become a POC for team inquirie

  7. Desk Moves - understand team space needs and what is required to effect change if needed

  8. Collaborate with other admins and be available to help plan team events as needed

  9. Managing and welcoming visitors from global offices and providing an ad-hoc support, if required

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. At least 5+ years of full-time, recent administrative experience directly supporting 1 or more Director level

  2. Experience of supporting the leadership team within a fast-paced, high-tech international team environment

  3. Strong calendar management, travel scheduling, budgeting, project-management, thinking strategically for their manager and team while supporting the growth of Tech team

  4. Effective organisational skills, with a demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

  5. Team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills

  6. Creative with the ability to generate new ideas and inspire other team members

  7. Experience with scaling space management and planning to accommodate regular growth amongst teams

  8. Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes

  9. BA/BS degree or equivalent
