Facebook is seeking a Global Mobility Manager, EMEA Relocation, to manage our relocation programs into and within the region. We are looking for an inclusive manager that will lead the EMEA relocation team, and manage the suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver on our vision of providing a premium, connected people experience in the region.You will play at all levels, both partnering with key regional leaders and teams as well as managing the results of day-to-day employee and stakeholder queries, external partner queries, handling escalations, exceptions, technology, and continuous process improvements. This role reports to our North America based Global Relocation Leader, and we expect the role to be based in either our London or Dublin offices.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead all core relocation programs in the region in close partnership with our immigration and mobility tax teams to deliver a premium, integrated mobility experience for all Facebook people

  2. Lead and develop a team of experienced relocation consultants providing timely feedback and cultivating an inclusive team and learning environment

  3. Manage the fully outsourced mobility partners externally including regional relocation management company and sub supplier leaders

  4. Lead within a tiered support model, provide consultations on the most complex and high level matters to develop strategies, mitigate risk and provide timely solutions with our employees and XFN teams

  5. Ensure complexities of programs are managed in a way to demystify the complexity and/or provide concierge level service where required through the experience

  6. Assess current operational tiered support model in the region to identify additional leverage points with shared services or other partners

  7. Identify key relocation policy changes, in line with local market practice and Facebook global philosophies and partner with global relocation strategy and supplier leader to implement

  8. Ensure comprehensive relocation and broader mobility program advice is provided timely and accurately to recruiters, HRBPs, managers and other key internal stakeholders, escalating as necessary to global relocation leader

  9. Develop and deliver regional global mobility training programs to recruiting, HRBPs, business managers and other stakeholders as needed

  10. Work closely with the competency leaders and program managers to improve programs, policies, and processes, including requirements for new and emerging markets

  11. Proactively identify and communicate business issues along with proposed solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years’ progressive experience in Global Mobility with specific focus on relocation management

  2. 5+ years experience managing a team

  3. Previous experience leading EMEA inbound and EMEA intra-region mobility

  4. Ability to lead and manage through complex mobility solution building, partnering with our global competency leads and XFN teams in-region

  5. Strong vendor management skills with a focus on accountability and building relationships

  6. A sense of urgency, detail oriented and aptitude to follow through including making and communicating difficult decisions

  7. Strong communication skills and ability to lead collaboration with other teams and all levels of employees

  8. Collaborate with growing global mobility team on other projects as assigned

  9. Demonstrated organization, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer service skills

  10. Ability to identify data integrity issues and the impact to the other areas (i.e., payroll, benefits, employment law, compensation, etc.), then take accountability to resolve with partners

  11. Ability to work within a matrix of regional and global team members, with minimum supervision and lead multiple projects simultaneously across internal and external stakeholders

  12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity

  13. Ability to travel internationally as needed, currently estimated between 0-15% of time

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience leading mobility tax programs in EMEA or globally

  2. Previous consulting or professional services firm (relo or tax) experience

  3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel data analysis and manipulation, including pivot tables, Vlookup, and chart creation

  4. Global Mobility or related credential(s) e.g., GMS, CPA, CRP, GPHR, etc.

  5. BA/BS degree in a related field
