Facebook is looking for an experienced Global Learning Leader to join the Global Marketing Solutions Learning team. This position will be responsible for the learning strategy supporting the Global Sales (GSO) audience, including Client/Agency Partners, Client Solutions Managers & Sales Managers. This Leader will lead a team of Regional Sales Learning Leaders, Sales Learning Partners and Coordinators aligned to regional GSO stakeholders. This leader and team manages our GSO stakeholder relationships, providing day-to-day consulting support on how best to equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to drive the success of our global advertisers on Facebook.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facebook, sales and marketing background and experience leading teams and building global learning strategies.

This Global Learning Leader will partner with various cross functional teams and Sales Leadership to ensure that our learning solutions are informed and aligned with business needs and key business and success metrics. This position is full-time based in Dublin or London.

Required Skills:

  1. Build relationships with regional GSO leaders and GSO teams to collaborate on business needs, assess key learning opportunities and understand how best to align learning solutions to impact priority business metrics

  2. Develop learning strategies to address greatest priority needs, partnering with cross functional partners to build global enablement strategies for GSO sales audiences

  3. Manage global team of regional sales learning leaders and execution team to ensure strategy alignment and execution

  4. Identify ways to scale training across GSO team with consistency, while localizing content and training for regional GSO sales teams needs and market dynamics

  5. Develop and implement meaningful ways to measure the impact and effectiveness of GSO training and development programs

  6. Serve as trusted advisor to our GSO Sales Leaders, providing critical input on how best to build skills and knowledge and drive performance of GSO sales teams

  7. Partner with other shared service functions within Global Sales Learning to ensure seamless execution of learning programs in region

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or another related field

  2. Significant experience in sales/support training & development and/or sales and sales leadership

  3. Experience developing and implementing learning strategies to support global audiences

  4. Experience managing internal and external facing projects (sales development/strategy, training, communications, marketing, account management)

  5. Keen interest in emerging trends and marketing in the digital/media industry

  6. Strong project management skills and experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams

  7. Strong communication and presentation skills with proven history of success working with executive level leaders

  8. Strong desire to collaborate, share, drive best practices cross-functionally and globally

  9. Sales experience a plus

  10. Digital marketing background as context for understanding specific business needs and relevant learning experiences

  11. Experience with Facebook's family of apps and services a plus
