Meta International Compensation Analyst in London, United Kingdom

Summary:

Meta is seeking a Compensation Analyst with strong analytical and operational experience to scale and manage our international compensation programs as well as supporting our regional business partners. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in the execution of strategic compensation programs that promote market competitiveness to attract and retain talent while aligning with compensation philosophy. You will be influential in the implementation of compensation programs, communications and training, and compensation tools. This full-time position is located in our Dublin office but will require time flexibility to interact with our global teams.

Required Skills:

International Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:

  1. Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions

  2. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported

  3. Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods

  4. Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis

  5. Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting

  6. Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process

  7. Apply systems knowledge to evolve and develop compensation programs that support long-term business decisions and priorities

  8. Support the planning and execution of our programs while juggling multiple workstreams and competing priorities

  9. Support a positive working relationship with cross functional teams (Compensation Business Partners, Engineering team, HRIS etc.) and regions to identify opportunities and support the business needs

  10. Support initiatives with engineering teams throughout the product development life cycle and provide consultation and subject matter expertise on compensation data

  11. Support compensation program implementation, change management and measurement of program success

  12. Support results by providing data to support key operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities and delivering on strategic initiatives

  13. Support the planning and execution of our programs while juggling multiple workstreams

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years compensation/data management/project management experience

  2. Experience managing multiple priorities/tasks in a fast-paced, globally matrixed environment

  3. Knowledge with model building, use of advanced formulas and arrays, pivot tables, data manipulation, VBA in Excel, Tableau, etc

  4. Experience working with Salesforce, Workday and Compensation Systems
