Facebook Partner Solutions Manager, Global Media Accounts, EMEA in London, United Kingdom

Summary:

Facebook is seeking a Partner Solutions Manager to work with our Global Media Accounts in EMEA. This role will work closely with the GMA Strategic Partnerships Manager (SPM) in 1) engaging and growing top strategic media partners, with an emphasis on developing analytically driven performance analysis of FB’s work across functions with media companies, product expertise and partner management 2) developing the GMA strategy within the region and 3) identifying growth opportunities and target partners. The Partner Solutions Manager will also interface and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as the GMA Programs Manager, Planning & Strategy, Partner Marketing, Media Operations and Partner Engineering teams. This role will execute on a strategy designed to support Media Partners and cross-functional teams through data and insights, internal/external account updates, and scalable solutions.

A strong sense of prioritization and focus, as well as exceptional analytical and communication skills, are a must. This is a full-time position based in London.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with the Strategic Partner Managers on building scalable solutions to drive growth and demonstrate value for the Global Media partners

  2. Proactively monitor industry trends and co-own strategy and goals with the Global Media Accounts SPM

  3. Leverage data to track progress for the Global Media partners, understand performance and identify opportunities for our partners across businesses/markets

  4. Help develop data-driven business models/reports to demonstrate the impact of FB’s work with media companies, for both internal and external constituents

  5. Collaborate and coordinate with global teams to leverage expertise and plan coverage across the GMA group

  6. Maintain the measurement infrastructure to drive strategic initiatives across verticals and functions

  7. Support team projects and events (e.g. educational workshops for partners)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or higher

  2. 3+ years of experience in consulting, media operations, corporate research, information services, audience development, data analytics and/or account/project management with an emphasis on media publishing

  3. Knowledge of traditional and digital publishing ecosystem in the EMEA region

  4. Analytics experience

  5. Experience working with and building narratives by drawing insights from data

  6. Able to work both independently, and as a team with multiple stakeholders

  7. Experience working cross functionally, internally or externally

  8. Able to prioritize when juggling multiple responsibilities on behalf of multiple partners

  9. Project management and experience in planning, executing and delivering reports/solutions

  10. Great communication and presentation skills

  11. Fluency in English. Any additional European language a bonus
