Required Skills:

  1. Build impactful products alongside a team of engineers, researchers and designers

  2. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products for both developers and users

  3. Understand the needs, expectations and workflows of Workplace's customers (both people & organizations)

  4. Work with the partnerships, developer advocacy and customer success teams to define, beta-test and launch new products and features

  5. Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements to create an effective, prioritized, feature roadmap.

  6. Conduct user surveys and user studies

  7. State clear hypotheses, test them through experimentation, and make fast decisions based on data

  8. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years' experience as a Product Manager, delivering entire products from start to finish

  2. Deep expertise in the collaboration space (e.g. messaging, real-time communication, team productivity tools)

  3. Hands-on experience of leading the strategy and roadmap of high impact, large projects

  4. Product management experience on a platform, marketplace or developer-facing product is highly desired.

  5. Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create examples through wire frames and mock ups

  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  7. Exceptional organisational and analytical skills

  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
