This means doing inbound marketing and product strategy across a portfolio of products as well as outbound marketing campaigns in multiple countries. In this role you will be expected to identify key market requirements and opportunities, manage our go-to-market plans and coordinate cross-functional teams in order to bring great product solutions and innovative marketing campaigns to people and businesses. This is a full-time, global position based with the WhatsApp team in London.

Lead analysis and diagnosis around key opportunity areas across markets and consumer segments
Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights on people and businesses using WhatsApp to inform product testing, positioning and messaging, and go-to-market plans.
Plan and lead successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including PR, product, and policy stakeholders) to create integrated marketing moments.
Lead and collaborate with external creative agencies to ensure quality, on-time delivery of marketing programs and assets across multiple channels.
Understand the varying needs and perspectives of our global consumers, businesses, partners and advocates to ensure messaging and campaigns are contextually relevant.
Be willing and able to flex between strategic and tactical/execution responsibilities.
10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, product marketing, digital marketing or related disciplines for internet or consumer technology.
Analytical, data driven decision-maker.
Experience in campaign development and working with agencies.
Experience in localising marketing communications.
Knowledge in web and mobile technologies and the messaging landscape.
Experience in local, search, and payments.
