As the Marketing organization continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Program Manager to join "Creative X" - the team that create the campaign on Facebook, designs product and program identities, builds marketing campaigns, and develops collateral for internal and external events. This role will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of our marketing communications initiatives on our platforms.Competitive Salary including the following benefits apply:

Required Skills:

  1. Create strong partnerships with the Marketing Managers and support internal stakeholders management

  2. Manage inbound and outbound projects to ensure successful delivery of various product launches

  3. Collaborate to ensure the campaign strategy and the creative brief can inspire best-in-class creative work

  4. Maintain brand integrity across all project deliverables

  5. Manage the development of high quality materials (with tight deadlines and across multiple teams and projects)

  6. Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions, and coordinate resources across multiple projects and teams

  7. Manage production budgets and approvals

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or 10+ years experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing company

  2. Must have experience in working for international company or on international campaigns

  3. Strong international experience (culturally, marketing or advertising)

  4. Ability to inspire and lead the creatives

  5. Experience working with Marketers, Creative Agencies and Production companies

  6. Cross-functional collaboration experience with media, research/planning and analytics disciplines

  7. Experience managing marketing projects, including the creative development and alignment with strategy

  8. Experience in setting priorities, problem-solving and multi-tasking

  9. Fluently German speaking
