Facebook Regional Client Partner in London, United Kingdom

This Regional Client Partner role sits within our Global Client & Category team (formerly Global Accounts), responsible for driving regional strategy to enable global growth for our partners. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business regionally and ultimately globally, working cross functionally with brand leaders, creative & media agencies and Facebook internal stakeholders to up-level the marketing excellence running across Facebook for our key partners, in this case key Automotive and Retail/QSR clients.

This position is based in London.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop deep knowledge of clients’ industries, organizations (people, processes, etc.), marketing objectives & plans

  2. Position Facebook as a relevant marketing lever, and get buy-in by client and agency teams (creative, media, digital)

  3. Drive business growth by identifying and executing against ad hoc opportunities above and beyond partnership commitments

  4. Lead client, agency, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver on partnership commitments (incl. trainings, specific projects, research, etc.)

  5. Monitor implementation and business development across Americas to identify opportunities

  6. Proactively inspire creative stakeholders

  7. Identify and codify best practices to share with the wider Facebook client and Global Client & Category team

  8. Communicate in a timely manner internally on client and agency activity via internal Facebook groups

  9. Be the face of Facebook in the region and, as such, drive the highest level of service to clients and agencies

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years' experience in Marketing Account Management, Media Planning & Sales, Agency, and/or Online Advertising experience

  2. Proven and consistent track record of executing and delivering/exceeding against an aggressive growth strategy

  3. Strategic thinker with an ability to be operational and implement projects

  4. Appreciation for creativity

  5. Leader with an ability to influence, develop, and empower people to achieve objectives with a cross-functional team approach (not relying on formal authority)

  6. Great communicator, with demonstrable ability to make presentation in front of large-scale audiences

  7. Proven effective interpersonal skills

  8. Structured, organized, analytical, and detail-orientated

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Automotive and Retail/QSR clients

  2. Bachelor degree in Marketing or Advertising

  3. MBA a plus but not required
