The Media Community Development team contributes directly to Facebook’s mission by connecting media partners with their audiences, helping them build a sustainable business and meet their objectives through solutions like Pages, Videos and Ad Breaks. The team is searching for an experienced and entrepreneurial Scaled Partnerships Manager responsible for leading the regional charter for developing and managing partnership frameworks that help a large magnitude of media partners achieve the desired goals from their content on Facebook – through consultation, education, optimization, and support via our vendor partners. In addition to developing a high-performing team and vendor operations in the region, this position will be responsible for driving internal stakeholders across functions to build and grow programs focused on growing media partners businesses on Facebook.

This position is full-time and located in our Dublin office or our London office (with regular travel to Dublin).

Required Skills:

  1. Help define the strategy and drive operational excellence in building and managing the scaled partner management program within the region for a large scale of media content creators managed via our vendor partners

  2. Lead the charter for Media Community Development's regional cross functional team by building strong relationships and influence with key internal and vendor stakeholders in the region and align expectations regularly

  3. Lead the internal and vendor teams in achieving business results across various programs and performance goals

  4. leading the conversation representing partners and the team in internal leadership and stakeholder groups

  5. Set revenue and performance goals and monitor progress

  6. Drive business reviews for various monetization programs holding accountability for achieving results while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency

  7. Data-driven approach towards designing plans, improving performance and designing workflows. Ability to conduct detailed analysis of performance drivers and derive results

  8. Monitor vendors for staffing, training, quality, performance improvements and liaise with Global XFN partners to conduct training & coaching to ensure proper knowledge of work strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of diverse experience in business development, marketing and strategy, ideally with experience in managing internal and external (3rd party vendor partners) stakeholders to drive results

  2. Bachelor's degree or higher

  3. Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control

  4. Strong analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights

  5. Strong project management skills and experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams

  6. Action bias, ability to be a self-starter, overcome barriers and work collaboratively in a fast paced, challenging environment

  7. Proven track record of driving process improvements & cost optimizations

  8. This role requires frequent travel and collaboration across our global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's Degree or 10+ years in relevant experience

  2. Experience in multi-sided tech marketplace or ecosystem.
