We are looking for an engineering manager to lead our adoption team, accelerating the next phase of growth for Workplace. The team is responsible for enabling the right set of people to connect and work together safely (IDP, invites, user management) and creating high quality and effective product experiences such as the initial trial experience, and upgrade flow. These projects are fully based in London and supported by a wider cross-functional group of product managers, data scientists, researchers and designers.
Support full-stack engineering teams
Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives
Support the growth and development of other engineering managers and technical leaders
Become a subject matter expert in the path to deployment for B2B SAAS products
Empathise with and define product strategy for the different stakeholders in a business, influencers, admins, and end users
Experience managing and coaching managers
Experience building consensus within large cross-functional organizations
Able to proactively identify and execute organizational improvements across several engineering teams
Demonstrated ability to plan and mitigate future product and organizational risks
Experience working in business-to-business environments
Experience optimizing product experiences using user metrics
