Facebook Strategic Partner Manager, Global Media Accounts, EMEA in London, United Kingdom


Global Media Accounts is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager with deep media industry experience to help drive strategic initiatives with EMEA’s largest media partners as well as the European business units of select Global media conglomerates. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach to media partner management and lead collaboration across all of FB’s functions to create alignment on strategic planning and execution, with a focus on measurement and optimization of business outcomes via these companies’ engagement with Facebook. This role will also be partner facing and manage the corporate relationship with select media companies. This position will be responsible for daily project management, measurement and ensuring forward momentum across multiple ongoing initiatives. Success in this position requires an understanding of Facebook’s media products, the ability to work with cross-functional teams and exhibit critical thinking with attention to detail.This role is based in London.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop strategic plans for media partners in collaboration with FB and IG partnership and marketing teams

  2. Facilitate cross-functional engagement with partners

  3. Manage multiple work streams, track progress and measure results

  4. Lead direct partner relationships with corporate functions of select EMEA media conglomerates

  5. Draft internal and partner facing progress reports

  6. Manage logistics for partner engagement

  7. Draft executive communication & updates

  8. Identify trends across partners & advocate for industry needs

  9. Be a source of insight on products in the media ecosystem

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or higher

  2. 7+ years of experience in media, consulting, corporate strategy, partnerships or account management

  3. Project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time- sensitive, cross-functional projects on deadline

  4. Communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize issues

  5. Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally

  6. Ability to learn in a changing environment
