Facebook Technical Recruiter Lead - Leadership Hiring in London, United Kingdom


Facebook is hiring some of the best technical minds around and we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. As the recruiting lead for a team of recruiters focused on hiring engineering leaders for the London tech hub you will be responsible for designing and executing on a strategy to help the London site attract some of the best engineering leaders in the industry.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet FB business objectives

  2. Design customised and executable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with the recruiting team and engineering client groups

  3. Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience

  4. Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with recruiting team and client groups

  5. Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the engineering leadership recruiting team

  6. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, PR, Growth, Facilities, HR, etc)

  7. Compile & analyse data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years recruitment experience focussed on hiring technical (specifically software engineers) at high bar tech companies

  2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credible relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

  3. Experience mentoring and developing other recruiters and driving teams to be successful

  4. The ability to switch between being a leader who can help design recruitment strategies while also being deep in the details to help drive success.

  5. A naturally data driven approach to recruiting with the ability to learn new tools and technology quickly.
