Summary:

As a key member of our team, the Technical Recruiters and hiring managers work closely to develop strategies to find candidates for our local Infrastructure, Enterprise and Security (IES) organizations. We conceive practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. We’re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience, and that starts with the first conversation a candidate has with us, which is more often than not with a member of our recruiting team. We’re seeking a dynamic recruiter who brings a level of motivation, curiosity and innovation to our team.

Required Skills:

  1. Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization

  2. Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns

  3. Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques

  4. Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders

  5. Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas

  6. Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit

  7. Collaborate with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Proven sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team

  2. Creative sourcing experience above and beyond common recruiting platforms

  3. Knowledge of the Infrastructure, Engineering and Security markets and/or strong technical recruiting background preferred but not essential

  4. Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit

  5. Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions

  6. Sound candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates

  7. Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities

  8. Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences and communities

  9. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well

  10. Passionate about Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry
