Facebook is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our North America Gaming Creators Partnerships team to help build a thriving gaming creator ecosystem. As part of the Games Partnerships Team, this person will help develop the global gaming creator strategy and partner program in addition to building and managing the North America team responsible for partner recruitment, development, and support.

The Games Partnerships team is high-impact organization working with the most exciting game developers, publishers, and creators across platforms from mobile/web to PC/console with the goal of fostering and strengthening gaming communities. This individual will manage a high-growth team working directly with emerging and established gaming video content creators, partner with internal business and engineering teams on new programs and features, and help optimize creator performance on Facebook. Candidates will have experience working as a team leader in dynamic environments as well as a track record of success in building and executing strategic programs. The ideal candidate will also have analytical and communication skills.

This position is located in Los Angeles, CA. Regional and international travel required.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead a team of high performing employees split between Los Angeles and Menlo Park responsible for assisting creators with implementation of new products and programs

  2. Drive the growth and success of the regional partner ecosystem

  3. Help define, develop, support the global Gaming Creator strategy and partnership program

  4. Partner with Business and Product/Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities to improve the Facebook platform and gaming creator program

  5. Track retention and performance of gaming creators and develop cross-functional strategies to optimize their performance

  6. Develop and share expertise on Facebook’s video and platform products

  7. Solicit, organize, and contextualize product feedback from creators

  8. Be an expert in the support experience for gaming creators on Facebook and quickly resolve creator issues

  9. Ensure the success of gaming creators on Facebook through development and implementation of best practices

  10. Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics to key stakeholders

  11. Serve as a spokesperson for Facebook

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience in gaming

  2. 5+ years of experience in online operations, community or customer service

  3. Experience in hiring, developing and leading teams

  4. Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and driving groups to consensus

  5. Experience working and negotiating with internal and external business partners

  6. Experience managing projects with regional and global scope

  7. Experience in global gaming creator community

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years managing video content creators
