Entertainment Partnerships is seeking to grow our Partner Solutions team and looking for a detail oriented professional to help standardize and scale solutions for our partners. This role will manage and develop our team of Partner Solutions Managers (PSMs) and optimize how they work with partners. This role works directly with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Managers, Media Operations, and other internal partners to ensure a seamless experience. Media Partnerships is a rapid growth organization that connects people with the public figures, creators, and media publishers they care about.
Manage and develop our external facing team of Partner Solutions Managers
Optimize team performance by leading process improvement initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and setting individual goals
Develop an understanding of Entertainment Partnerships' goals and align this team to deliver against them
Proactively advocate for partners and push issues toward resolution to ensure that partners have the best possible experience on the platform
Work cross-functionally with a variety of internal teams, including product, operations, marketing, and research to advocate for partner needs
Identify process gaps and work with product and operations teams to develop scalable solutions
Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategies to stakeholders
Develop deep product expertise with an ability to collect and synthesize meaningful feedback to drive our product roadmap
Serve as an internal advocate in connecting teams to product and operational solutions
BA/BS Degree or higher
10+ years of experience in online operations, consulting, partnerships or project management
Proven track record of managing teams (at least 5 direct reports)
Communication and presentation experience
Knowledge of media & entertainment ecosystem
Experience working cross-functionally
Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment
Secondary degree or MBA
