The Entertainment Media Partnerships team is looking for a strong, Strategic Partner Development candidate to focus on taking our relationships with emerging talent and creators to the next level. You will work with some of the world’s most exciting, inspiring video Creators and talent as well as with our world-class product and engineering teams. In addition to those teams, you will work cross-functionally with the policy, legal, marketing, business development, communications and the operations teams to optimize new capabilities, improve user experience, and make our partners successful. This position is based in Los Angeles and will report into the Head of North America Creators/US Creator Lead in Entertainment.
Foster a healthy, high-integrity partner ecosystem to drive video quality and performance, innovation and sustainability at scale on Facebook
Build, manage and grow top-performing and highest potential partner relationships with emerging talent and Creators, including proactively supporting and resolving business and operation issues
Develop vertical specific video best practices to foster content acquisition (organic and funded)
Be an internal advocate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, business development, policy, legal, marketing, communications and operations
Work with relevant internal teams to ensure that Facebook is taking partner input into account in relevant product and policy decisions
Educate partners on best practices and new product opportunities, leveraging industry events, QBRs, etc.
Help track and manage our emerging talent partnerships and analyze their impact on the Facebook platform
5+ years entertainment industry experience and/or partner management, with focus on emerging talent/creators
Knowledge of Facebook products and social media
Communication and presentation experience
Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans
Experience using data to make decisions
Experience working cross-functionally at all levels, both internally and externally
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, legal, marketing
Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
