Summary:

As a member of the AR/VR Sales team, you will be responsible for managing channel launch work-streams to ensure flawless launch with channel partners. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to own the end-to-end view of launch and campaign deliverables to drive efficiency and scale. In this role, you will collaborate with category management, sales design, marketing, product marketing, and operations to market and merchandise AR/VR products globally.

You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. You will be expected to have planning, documentation, and communications across the teams to ensure synchronicity.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop launch playbooks to help scale launch requirements

  2. Work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market launch plan for new product introductions and campaigns

  3. Program manage diverse marketing and readiness threads to ensure flawless execution

  4. Manage global marketing budget and spend for new product introductions

  5. Influence cross-functional organizations to drive better integrated stories and communications

  6. Partner with design times to create asset toolkits and marketing guidelines

  7. Create channel launch and campaign communications and training material

  8. Communicate progress on deliverables through executive summaries

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing

  2. BA Marketing or similar

  3. Experience working on global teams

  4. Communication and presentation experience

  5. Experience influencing through communicating context and story-telling

  6. Organized and experience with project management tools

  7. Experience using data to influence decisions
