The mission of the Customer Immersion team is to uncover customer insights that influence and empower product. We leverage our marketing background and client understanding and think “customer first” in our approach.
In this role, you will liaise closely with the Product team members including Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Designers, Researchers and Engineers. You will focus on a set of product priorities to generate hypotheses and gathering customer feedback by leading consulting-style engagements between product and our global clients/agencies and partners. The product teams will use the insights from these immersions to identify key product market requirements and opportunities for ad product development.
Align with product leadership on a set of product area priorities
Manage customer immersion engagements from end-to-end
You will embed with Product teams (Product Marketing, Product Management, Research, Design, Engineering) to understand their goals for a customer immersion and then work closely with the sales teams to identify the ideal customer meetings
Collaborate ongoing with cross-functional partners such as ads research, research operations, regional PMMs and sales to deliver a seamless product engagement experience for our clients
Simultaneously manage multiple projects on different product teams
Experience in managing set of relationships in an organization both internally and externally
Experience getting others to take action and influencing organizational change and breaking down cross-functional barriers
Process-oriented, logistical, and program or project management experience
Communicator with a track record of getting cross-functional teams working towards goal
Project management experience with organization experience and experience setting priorities
Experience working within Product Marketing, Research, Design and Engineering teams
5+ years experience in advertising, product or technology
