Summary:

Facebook is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP of FB Communities.The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Facebook ecosystem.This position is full-time.

Required Skills:

  1. Perform administrative tasks including: complex calendar management for internal and external meetings, and prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions

  2. Manage team meeting schedule, structure, agenda and follow-up

  3. Handle tasks associated with various projects and programs supported by the team

  4. Project manage all logistics for team off-sites and contributing to All Hands

  5. Assist in the preparation of presentations and briefs for meetings

  6. Coordinate and manage logistics and preparation for external engagements

  7. Build cross-functional relationships between departments

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience providing direct administrative support to 1 or more C-level executives

  2. Experience with direct calendar management and expense report management for 1 or more C-level executives

  3. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  4. Experience planning off-site events

  5. Experience handling confidential information

  6. Experience with space management and planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS
