We are in search of an exceptional global marketing leader to build and lead the Corporate Marketing function for Facebook Inc. The newly formed Facebook Inc. marketing team will be responsible for developing a compelling, coherent and integrated narrative across the family of apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger), and communicating the Facebook Inc. story on Responsibility, Social Impact, and Innovation. This role will report into our CMO and be responsible for leading the teams and work that will bring this vision to life. Our ideal candidate is a storyteller, influencer and demonstrated brand builder who is energized by the potential of Facebook and has marketing experience at the global scale.

Required Skills:

  1. Set the strategic marketing vision and drive long-term strategy for Facebook, Inc.

  2. Define the team's strategic and executional focus and manage to that focus amidst Facebook's dynamic growth

  3. Develop Facebook, Inc. brand positioning and narratives globally

  4. Oversee the teams that bring the Facebook story to life

  5. Lead, inspire, and empower the team to do their most impactful work

  6. Foster relationships with and drive insights and outcomes through cross-functional multi-stakeholders from varied backgrounds and disciplines

  7. Work effectively with and consistently influence company leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of leadership and management experience

  2. Experience developing corporate brand positioning and narratives for global brands

  3. B2B and B2C marketing experience

  4. BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 20+ years of experience in consumer brand and/or marketing or related disciplines

  2. Significant understanding of the cultural and marketing nuances in varying regions around the world

  3. B2B2C marketing experience

  4. MBA
