Summary:

Facebook is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Portal team. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as the organization grows and scales. This is a full-time role located in our Menlo Park, HQ Office.

Required Skills:

  1. Serve as the HR leader for the Portal team, assisting with HR, people, and team support

  2. Provide strategic business and thought partnership

  3. Proactively assess team, employee and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

  4. Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team-building that support change and growth

  5. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, People Operations, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions for a scaling business

  6. Provide coaching and developmental feedback to people managers and individual contributors

  7. Partner closely with international HR partners on global strategy and execution

  8. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions to drive/influence desired outcomes

  9. Manage Facebook’s performance summary cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year

  10. Working with our Employee Relations partners, help to solve employee relations issues

  11. Attend and facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of HR experience

  2. 5+ years experience as a HR Business Partner

  3. Demonstrated project management/change leadership experience

  4. Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership experience

  5. Consulting, coaching and facilitating experience

  6. BA/BS degree

  7. Knowledge of technology or internet business

  8. Experience helping global organizations scale

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

  2. Experience supporting Hardware Engineering and Supply Chain teams

  3. Experience operating in a matrixed and constantly changing environment
