The Global Business Marketing team seeks an Insights Marketing Lead to support our marketing efforts for Facebook IQ in North America. As the world becomes more open and connected, the practice of marketing is continuously redefined. Facebook IQ (https://www.facebook.com/iq/) helps marketers navigate this ever-changing landscape by focusing on what remains constant: people. Rooted in what we’ve learned from more than 2 billion people on our platforms and the 6 million businesses that advertise with us, Facebook IQ uncovers actionable insights about people, marketing and measurement. Whether a marketer needs inspiration for their next big idea, insights on how mobile is changing the consumer journey in their vertical or the latest in ad effectiveness, they lean on Facebook IQ to help inform their creative development, strategic planning and media decision-making.
This role is responsible for leading the North America go-to-market strategy for Facebook IQ insights, both internally and externally. This includes building out a marketing plan, developing content, integrating insights into broader regional marketing campaigns and identifying ways to scale insights solutions across the region. The ideal candidate is a bold, multi-faceted and innovative marketing leader. This person thinks strategically, analytically, and creatively, thrives in a fast-moving environment and has a passion for making the world more open and connected. This is a full-time position and will require some travel.
Develop strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and partners across the region to define strategy and business goals, get buy-in of efforts and deliver valuable insights packages for sales and marketing programs
Build go-to-market strategies in partnership with regional leads to ensure insights are the foundation of our storytelling across all marketing campaigns
Drive adoption and usage of Facebook IQ's insights and scaled solutions by developing and managing a sustained awareness and education program aimed at internal and external audiences in partnership with research, marketing and sales
Increase demand for Facebook IQ insights through marketing, industry and communications programs
Communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams to demonstrate impact of the plan through data and insights
Manage a team of marketing managers
7+ years of work experience in marketing, communications, or content strategy
Experience persuading leadership, cross-functional teams, and non-direct reports
Experience pivoting approach among shifting demands and project requirements
Experience translating concepts into communications
Experience with marketing concepts and technologies within the online advertising space
Experience in project management, as both a strategic leader and executer
Experience plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience using data and insights to inform marketing stories
BA or BS in advertising, business or marketing
